If you would not share the information across a public carriage, it does not belong in a prompt box.

When no one validates the output, errors multiply quietly. AI tools do not function like deterministic calculators that guarantee truth; they generate plausible token sequences. Relying on them without rigorous manual review leads directly to flawed business decisions.
